Your preforms won&amp;rsquo;t hit that sweet spot where the plastic softens, and you&amp;rsquo;ll end up with bottles that have weird, uneven walls. To keep it simple, we use standard R7s or SK15 connectors. Just plug them in and get back to work.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The Secret is in the Glass&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;We use high-purity quartz because the rapid &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.com&#34;&gt;heating&lt;/a&gt; and cooling in these ovens is brutal. It&amp;rsquo;s a thermal shock that would crack cheaper glass in no time.&#xA;Some of our tubes have a special coating. It’s designed to push the heat &lt;em&gt;into&lt;/em&gt; the PET material rather than just scorching the surface. It makes the heat denser, which is great for &lt;a href=&#34;https://o-yate.net&#34;&gt;production&lt;/a&gt;, but it does put more stress on the filament.&#xA;One quick tip: keep an eye on your voltage. If it jumps around by more than 5%, you&amp;rsquo;ll notice the lamps don&amp;rsquo;t last nearly as long.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;A Word on Heat&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These lamps put out a massive amount of energy to keep your line moving fast. But that heat doesn&amp;rsquo;t just go into the plastic—it hits everything.&#xA;If your oven walls are soaking up all that radiant heat, your lamps are going to burn out faster. And if your reflectors start to warp, you&amp;rsquo;ve got a problem.&#xA;The fix is simple:**keep your cooling fans clean.**It sounds basic, but it&amp;rsquo;s the easiest way to make your equipment last.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
