No fighting with the hardware
Nobody wants to spend their downtime wrestling with brackets. These are true drop-in replacements. We matched the footprint of the SMI SR 8 housing exactly, so you can just swap them out and get back to work. No modifications, no weird wiring tricks. We also used high-grade quartz. Husky lines are brutal with their thermal cycling, and cheap glass just burns out. We also beefed up the connectors so they can handle high current without pitting or oxidizing over time. One quick tip: if you’re running these at peak wattage, keep an eye on your oven’s airflow. High heat density puts a lot of pressure on your cooling fans. If the air is choked, you’re just cutting the life of your lamps short. Keep it breezy.
