Built for the grind
We use heavy-wall quartz glass because these things take a beating. They cycle from cold to scorching hot over and over again, and that kind of thermal shock would shatter cheaper glass. These are shortwave halogen lamps. The “magic” here is the halogen cycle, which stops the tungsten filament from evaporating and clouding the glass. That means the light stays bright and consistent for thousands of hours. As for the install? It’s a breeze. We use standard R7s or Sk15 connectors. They just slide right into your existing sockets. No rewiring, no headaches, no calling in an electrician for a five-minute job.
